We are qualified to coordinate the unloading and unpacking of the wagon and its components inspection and test of the individual components and entire the wagon assembly, coupling, test, documentation and certification for operational service and if needed, PE can rectify any transport devastate that may occur. PE is also competent to conduct brake testing including SCAT test, bottom and top door testing and any specific customer request. PE provides a range of offtrack wagon and bogie maintenance services conducted from our unused workshop facilities or one of our railway sidings and at times within our customers’ premises. As healthy as infield service and maintenance, PE provides a range of back shop maintenance services and component overhaul products from purpose built facilities that incorporate state of the art equipment. PE’s maintenance services are convenient, flexible, speedy and competitive. PE has over 20 years’ experience in all facets of wagon and locomotive bogie maintenance, including scheduled maintenance, conversions, inspections, reports, repairs and reclassification. All bogie maintenance services conform with the pertinent EM and AA specifications and can include notable customer request. Our fresh facility has wheel turning capabilities for both narrow and standard gauge wheel sets and can accommodate all classes and brands of railway bearings. PE’s wheel maintenance facility offers freight rail operators an efficient and competitive service with lightning response and speedy turnaround. Our experienced and proficient technicians perform the re manufacture and testing of brake equipment to EM and ARR standards. specialized knowledge that can only reach from years of experience is combined with competitive, efficient service and hasty turnaround.
