His extensive experience in all forms of carpentry, and his vision for expansion and growth has led to the beginning of Intact Projects. Danny has successfully completed multimillion dollar fit outs throughout Australia, and his understanding of client requirements forms the backbone of Intact Projects. As founder and Managing Director Danny oversees all operations. Project Director MSW Tony is one of the founding directors of Intact Projects and has worked in fit out and refurbishment for more than 20 years, completing works in the corporate, finance, defense and tertiary sectors. He is committed to ensuring the growth of Intact Projects continues with his vision and passion for consistent client satisfaction. Tony sets tall standards for himself and leads his team to deliver notable outcomes. He has coordinated multimillion dollar office fit outs Australia wide, including contract management, leasing, strategy, space planning and office consolidation. As a Project Director with extensive involvement across all projects, Nick's primary objectives are his stakeholders and delivering special projects. His excellent communication skills, integrity and incomparable client relationships make Nick and invaluable member of the Intact Projects team.

Numerous challengers were faced including the installation of feature finishes with consideration to existing services. Intact worked closely with PM: Montalur and Designers: Design Inc. Lofty standard finishes and exposed heritage ceilings, Intact Projects worked meticulously with the designer and contractors to achieve the desired outcome. A unused design build whilst maintaining the characteristics inner this heritage building. All workstations are sat to stand to yield an ergonomic labor environment to suit varying users. The challenge for the Intact Projects team was to incorporate a high last corporate office with high quality finishes and accurate craftsmanship to create a dazzling office fit out. Rooftop corporate facilities including executive offices, boardrooms, client waiting area, video conferencing and corporate kitchen facilities with timber and stone finishes were all completed. Challenges faced on this project included the erection of a fresh inter tenancy staircase. Active closely with the design team, services and structural consultants ensured a slick delivery. The main resist on this project was time. Intact Projects constructed and worked out of hours to accommodate this live and filled environment. This project was completed successfully whilst busy in an occupied building. New Lift Lobbies and refurbished WC'open floor were completed. New fit out of lift lobby floor tiles, wall paneling, set ceiling and complete refurbishment of WC's including new Ambulant cubicles. The incorporation of various finishes, high slick joinery and furniture were successfully met to the architects and clients requirements. Intact's project team were challenged by Studiomint's design to incorporate Feature Ceilings and Bulkheads which extended through to the outer walkway of the building. As works were conducted within a public area, a detailed HHS Safety Management Plan was developed and implemented to eliminate all risks. The compacts and bench area were completed with many finishes creating an inspiring work area. New boardroom with operable walls for mufti function use. The Public Service Commission is a little department that has been created to support the Commissioner in the execution of his function. Works included new counters, furniture and upgrade of food making and servicing facilities. To overcome this a self supporting structure was built within the existing building (a shell within a shell), including a raised floor to reticulated the fresh hydraulic services. We labor collaboratively with our clients and team of experts to ensure projects are met with trust, experience and fastidious technique for the superior possible outcome. As managing contractors our commitment in undertaking projects is based on having the superior available resources from Project Managers to promote staff. A refurbishment is not just about getting the project completed on time and to quality.
